The problem is...people knew what the "playstation" was....no random teenager is going to go "omg! what is that! I'm going to go to zune.com and find out!".

Do you think the Zune will win against the iPod? Or will Apple release a competing product?
Anyways, Apple already has a competitor for it, the iPod video. It beat out Zune sales 20:1. Apple has nothing to worry about.
