PS3 NFS Most Wanted Customization?

Any word on whether or not Most Wanted will have campaign car customization? Pre order bonuses reveal performance modifications for online play but there is no mention of any single player modding.

Video Games are Art. Period.

I hope so, that was the big deal about Most Wanted on the PS2
