I totally agree with you guy! Believe me, I've played lots of NFS's and I still think NFSU2 is the best. The things I loved about it:
- The cars:
they were (almost) all slow before you started tuning them and you were able to play the whole game with one single car! And when you started pimping them, I was all about styling, not about aerodynamics.
- The entire city:
It was great to just cruise around in Bayview. On the way you could find all kinds of shops, which I liked.
- The music:
It just seamed to be all perfect. I loved it!
But there are of course also things I'ld love to see better:
- The graphics
- The Toyota Corolla should be replased by the Dodge Neon. The Corolla was just TOO ugly!

Hopefully they'lll be smart enough to look at these PUBLIC forums for ideas for PS2 Classics. I would love to see Underground 1 & 2 & the 2005 most wanted be on the classics. Note; Check out Gamestop's website & look under PS3 sports to see that you can get download codes for the 2005 edition of most wanted as a PS2 Classic.
I have to agree with you all, I was actually searching for information about Underground being offered on PSN. The Undergound series is truely what sparked my love for need for speed. Undergound, too me, has been the peak that the franchaise needs to return to. It seems they have lost their way, especially with the shift series. And the titles they are putting out on are seriously lacking. The run was an ok idea but GEEZ! am I the only one pi$$ed off about the load times between races. A remake would be great, so I'm all for Underground any way i can get it. At the very least offer underground 2 on PSN.
