Dillinger Escape plan w/ the Faceless in May
Black Flag in june (this is a must never seen Black Flag, and maybe the last chance to see them.)
I've updated my OP with a few of the bands I've seen over the winter months. I saw Muse and Dead Sara when they came to town. That was my second time seeing Muse, and they still put on one impressive show. I finally got around to seeing Bad Veins (a local act that's really, really good- check them out), as well as several other local bands. Last night I got a chance to see The Red Paintings and Mindless Self Indulgence. I've never really gotten into MSI, but I just decided to tag along with some friends. I was pleasantly surprised. The crowd was... interesting, but the show itself was full of energy. Jimmy's a pretty good frontman.
I went to Bunbury Music Festival here in Cincinnati a couple weeks ago and can now add the following to my list:
- Beat Club
- American Authors
- Tegan and Sara (again)
- Buffalo Killers
- Walk the Moon
- Fun. (again)
- The Knocks
- Gregory Alan Isakov
- A Silent Film
- The Hiders
- Belle & Sebastian
- Black Joe Lewis & the Honeybears
- The National
I'm going to Lollapalooza next weekend, so expect a BIG update after that!
