Kind of sick of FOX. Would be nice if 'SyFy' picked it up you know...since it's a 'sci-fi' show. Would be nice to have some balance with some sci-fi/fantasy shows against all the reality crap they have now. They want to add it to the lineup, skip out on a few of those 'SyFy Originals'. Win-Win.
I kind of expected this though when I first started watching the show and seeing the SFX. Something just screamed at me that FOX wasn't going to keep it.
Show is dead I guess.

It had good elements at it's core, I just couldn't get into it, no matter how much I tried. I really wanted this show to work, but the storyline just didn't pan out and was really corny. I think they should have gone more Jurassic Park and things may have changed. There were some episodes where there weren't any dinosaurs at all, I mean really you base the entire show off of 85 million years in the past with dinos and you show a dino for 5 minutes every couple of episodes?
Storyline sucked, and the Dino: On Screen time ratio was horrible. However, the season finale, was by far one of the best I have ever seen, and had great storyline with the ship at the end. If every episode was like the finale, it would be the best show on television. Hopefully whoever picks it up will do better on these parts. However, Syfy's CG's look horrible, half their shows I can't watch due to horrible CG. If they pick up the show then they need to step it up.

It costs alot of money to film each episode, which is one reason they cancelled it, you can't expect to have dinosaurs on all the time, plus dinosaurs wasn't the actually main focus of the plot, the story was about these people starting over, back in the dinosaur times. The show was about their lives, and challenges, with the sometimes dinosaur threats.
