I'm not much for TV, but I picked up the first season of fan-favorite underdog Community on reccomendations from people who have great taste and they did not let me down. As soon as I blew through season 1, I bought season 2, and I'm impatiently waiting for season 3 to come out on DVD instead of watching it on Hulu or a similar streaming service. (because Hulu+ has ads! Can you believe that? Why am I paying and stil watching ads?)
A season 4 is slated, but without show creator Dan Harmon, so who knows how that will go.
Regardless, the show is brilliant. Watch it and stuff.

Jeff Winger is the glue without which the show falls apart.
However, Troy and Abed take the show from very good to amazing. They put the show over the top.
This is a great show to start off NBC's Thursday night lineup. BTW I hope you don't change channels before 30 Rock comes on. It's basically a show about how they make Saturday Night Live, although the names are changed around some. Extremely funny. I'd dare say it's even a tad funnier than Community.
I think NBC is trying to rebuild its Must-See TV lineup.
