I do not represent Evolution or Sony. I represent the players. I do not control which servers go up or down. I am here to help the community. Right now I am trying to make a racing event for all to enjoy. If you do not want to race that is fine, but smart remarks are not something I like to put up with.

its not meant to be a smart remark, its an accurate reflection of how we feel.  sony/evo have a level of customer service that is the worst of any i have dealt with in my lifetime.  They are living in fantasy land.  There basic response to complaints is...do not respond, hide under a rock until the customer goes away.

if you want to help the community you should contact evo/sony (on behalf of the community) with the same general message.  At least they may listen more to you ....

To be honest I don't see how behaving badly is going to help the situation. As he has said Brrnout does not respresent sony OR Evolution studios and is merely doing his job trying to keep the community alive.

I would like to apologise to Brrnout on behalf of the community.Sorry, I guess it's just people are upset and have found you to release their frustrations out on

If this is legit, I'd be game. Don't understand all the negativity. I mean to be honest, evo has done enough. Not enough to satisfy a hardcore motorstorm audience, but they gave us DLC in all three games, and they did address our questions for a while. I think it's just time to realize that when a game is about 5 years old, there is just no financial reason for a company to continue supporting it. This community means nothing to evo, because in terms of profit, we account for almost nothing.
