Well, I've been left baffled.

Ok, so a few weeks ago I wanted to get Collosus Mudplugger down to 3:45, which I did, and then 3:44 but didn't quite make it, but I did get close.

Since then I've really not been playing Motorstorm too much, and anything I am doing is about an hour or two in custom rooms. I just don't really enjoy this game any more.

So anyway I've just gone into free play and started up this combo for the first time in a while. I'd completely forgotten the TA strategy, the one I used was all wrong, I was making a complete hash of things, was over a second behind the usual good run on the 2nd lap conversion and yet on my first run got a 3:44.93. What figures?

Given that I was behind on the first lap, I'm now aiming for a 3:43

While I have the video of the 3:44 saved, I'll hold off and see what improvements I can make. Got to give it more than one try for goodness sake, but what are the chances I'm not going to manage it again?

I got a friend to pick it up for me at lunch... then I found out there's a special edition with a nice metal case and concept art book. Now, do I waste a couple of hours to see if I can exchange mine or head straight home after work and just play. It's like a classic BioWare plot decision IRL.
