1. Beat Liquid.
Hold L1 the entire(!) fight. The super punch wastes Ocelot here. It will punch and stun him, then do a large punch and knock him to the ground. Pinning him against the wall in the far left of the fighting area is your best bet, though not totally necessary. As soon as he stands up and wipes his mouth, hit him again. Keep doing this until you get to the next part.
2. Beat Liquid Ocelot.
You need to circle-strafe around him in either direction. When he says "Take THIS!" dodge sideways just as he says "Take," and you should be around to his side when his arm is fully extended. At this point, hit him with your quick combo--that is, tap R1 like a mad dog. Just keep this up, dodge anything else he throws at you, and just keep on going.
This is the hardest part of the boss fight, and in my opinion of the whole game.
3. Beat Ocelot.
Get in his face, tap R1 like crazy and knock the hell out of him. Sometimes you may get an opportunity to charge at him and hit him in the gut. Make sure you are ready to press R1 or triangle, or to wiggle the hell out of the left stick when he grabs you. If you're quick, when the indicator appears on the screen you can press triangle and do a special move on him. Otherwise, just rock him. Blocking doesn't work, and dodging is pretty much useless with the screen so tight in on the action.
4. Battle of the Oldies.
Snake and Ocelot are basically dead now, and if you're like me, you finished the last step with hardly enough health to keep standing. Keep in mind YOU CAN STILL DIE HERE! Just get close, and tap R1 like crazy again. Snake will hopefully not act like a total putz and stand there getting beat. This looks like a cutscene, but it isn't. Just keep it up, and kick his ass.
Now, do like I'm about to do and go watch the final movie.

You probably mean "Revolver Ocelot." The last one is portrayed as Liquid Ocelot.
This is nothing new though. Congrats on beating him though.

I'd consider it, but think about what that'd be like.
