MGO:How to know if you have been kicked by host?

7 replies 50 views Edited Mar 25, 2010

First off, can the hosts kick someone without a votekick option?

And what does the message say when you have been kicked by the host?

Reason why i'm asking is because for some reason everytime I come in first place for a series of matches with a large score (normally alot more than the other players, like 30-50 more points, and no I don't cheat, also I don't get first place every single match I enter) I get the message "Connection Unstable" then "You have been disconnected from the host".

Is this normal?

Just sounds like connection issues. There is a particular message for being kicked from a room and no, the Host by himself cannot kick a player, as the Host himself can be kicked from his own room.

Connection unstable huh? It's probably your lagswitch backfiring on you.

Thanks SlashZaku, I appreciate your response. As for the second guy who replied to my post accusing me of having a lagswitch, do yourself a favor and grow up please? Thanks.

They can't kick you without voting on it. When you do get kicked, it pretty much says something alongs the lines of "You have been kicked from the game."

Sometimes the problem is the host's connection, or it could just be your own.

Yeah, it's probably the host.

The host most likely quit the game. Happens all the time in automatching-tsne.
