Cant connect error (9:10)?

i was playing the past few days just fine but now when i try to login i keep getting "Could not connect to playstation network. Pleaswe check your internet connection or try again later. (9:10) " but im connected to the psn... Anyone know what it means?

unplug the e-net and power cord for 30 sec the plug it back in and power up and it should fix it
