In Madden '13 I am having issues while playing online with my opponents lining up for onside kicks, then I call a timeout, and when  I choose onside recovery, they squib kick it and recover.  First of all, in Madden '13, how do you audible to onside kick coverage and how do you audible to regular kick coverage? 

Second, what is a good way to defend against people doing this to you online?

Press square, then L1

Press the square button then hit L1 , be sure to do this rather quickly because once the opponent starts the meter it won't allow you to do so.
