Heavy plated armor slows u down significantly, unless you have the googles with the green helmet equipped.

According to Roper, the Green riot helmet with the glasses at the same time increases your speed by 35 or 45% - I cant remember exactly.

Roper designed all the bonuses from combinations of gear. Ask him if you see him around.

Mygranmalsocps is messin with ya about the helmet an goggles increasing speed, it does NOT. (sorry to ruin ur fun man i know you were prolly getting kicks from it).

Deathdragon dont be a heavy armour noob unless you absolutly cannot play without it. If you find that you are dieing too easily throw on a sj and a suppressor (and yes put the skill points into them all the way) and you wont light up the mini map like a christmas tree, also tis the season.
These guys are probably tired of answering these questions so late in the game but FEAR NOT! For i have no sarcasum glands.

Make sure you use cover by staying behing waist high objects whenever you can and do not stand still EVER! Straif straif straif!
