Not much to argue here... Sony **bleep**ed up, **bleep**ed up big time, on one of the most waited games of the year.

I'm more interested in how much Sony is going to pay for all the recall shipping, destruction of the original copies, pressing the new copies, and redistributing to the retail stores on Next day or 2nd day freight delivery, pretty sure they get delivered as freight delivery to the retails distribution warehouse and from there has to go to the actual stores so another shipping from there...

(w means warau in japanese meaning to laugh, used same way as LOL in japan... just incase ppl ask me... had lots of ppl ask me when I was playing FFXI.)

Yes I was thinking the same thing how much this is going to cost them.   Blue-ray disks are way more expensive that DVD's.

Not only is it a HUGE cost for sony to recall the game and make new ones. But also a huge hassle for retailers. And of course, the CONSUMER. I think a patch would have been enough. For people that were offended a patch shows they are doing something, and it would have made much better business sense. This gives me NO confidence in SONY.

WHO recalls a game four days before launch? I really wouldn't be that upset if the street date wasn't broken. Broken pretty freaking bad too. I am betting Resistance 2 comes out before LBP.

i think there gonna do a switch they say these a recall, but some retailers already had copies,

ppl haven seen ppl on there buddy list with the game, they will act like they recalled then tell retailers a new date release a patch

and the ones that dont get patched they  will say snuck through the cracks no money wasted

Ha ha. I have noticed that as well. I have mine preordered @ Amazon but I hope they aren't serious about the Nov. 4th release. Otherwise I'm just gonna have to cancel my order and go pick it up in stores before the end of the month.
