Easiest way to get the 50 play trophy... Publish a level with the title along the lines of "A Picture of my Ex-Girlfriends....." I did that and in less then 24 hours I had it! Hahaha... Perverts!

I played it because it sounded interesting.  It's not perverted it's male interests.

Level: Float encode/decode (tech demo)

     I have recreated my floating-point encoder and decoder from the beta, and have published them in a level (see below). The encoder and decoder provided allow for storage of up to 26 boolean values in a number, 1 boolean, 1 sign, 1 exponent, and 23 significand. The level is copyable so that you can see an example of how it can be used. Especially useful with the memorizer tool.

Please tell me about any problems. Enjoy!

Pseudo code:

struct LBPValue {
  bool boolean;
  float number;
}

bool[26] decodeValue(LBPValue value) {
  bool ret[26];

  ret[0] = value.boolean;

  float n = value.number;

  ret[1] = n < 0;

  n = abs(n);

  for (int i = 2; i < 26; i++) {
    float t = n - 0.5;

    bool b = t < 0;

    if (b) {
      n = n + n;
    } else {
      n = t + t;
    }

    ret[i] = !b;
  }

  return ret;
}

LBPValue valueEncode(bool bits[26]) {
  LBPValue ret;

  float n = 0;

  for (int i = 2, float v = 0.5; i < 26; i++, v /= 2) {
    if (bits[i]) {
      n += v;
    }
  }

  if (bits[1]) {
    n *= -1;
  }

  return (LBPValue){ bits[0], n };
}

LBP uses single-presision floating-point numbers for its logic values.

My first, and so far only, Vita level:

SackBots: Controlinator Demo

http://vita.lbp.me/v/94-1k

It's just a tutorial for some of the things you can do with controlling Sackbots.  There's a ton I didn't cover, but, it was already crammed full of text and my fingers hurt as it is lol.  It goes through adding hazards to your Sackbot as well as gravity tweakers, and how to choose them.  I hope to do a follow up some day to go through some other things I didn't get to in this one.

I hope some out there find it helpful, and I really hope to see some clever levels using these tricks!

BTW, lpb.me is a great site and tool!  More people need to setup their web privacy settings IMO...
