Little big Planet - Can't get into the actual game,

When I bring up the game I chose the option to not play online. then all I appear to be able to do is go back and forth on the "shelf" doing th esticker thing. How do I get into the actual game.

Does it happen all the time? Has it happened right from the start or did it just start happening? Have you backed up you game data and tried re-installing the game?

happens every time from the very beginning. have not tried to reinstall. got it as a disc based system but i guess the updates culd have gotten corrupted on the donwload

Try deleting the game save data in the games utility folder and re-installing it? Maybe first backup your profile first too so you don't loose what every progress you've made in the game as well!

I experienced the same thing when playing or trying to play off line. Could not get help anywhere until I talked to an individual who is an avid LBS. gamer. Apparently you will stay in the "sticker" mode until you get all the correct stickers on the POD walls correctly aligned. If you look carefully you can see the correct stickers outlined on the wall. You have to rotate and size the stickers until you get them lined up correctly and the stick them to the wall (X button I think).
