in the secret ending CG of final mix where mickey is standing there with the star key blade can suggest a couple things for instance it could mean that this huge battle happenend befor he became king and upon defeating the bald guy the knights decided that he would be the best protector of the worlds i say this because he did not have his golden key blade and by the age and look of mickey its also possible this war wasent that long ago maybe a few years before the events with sora and company

Kingdom Hearts III will introduce Chasers which have something to do with forgotten memories that somehow are regained. Xehanort's memories when he was Master of the Keyblade will somehow be regained and the regained memories will be the new villian.

Wow, such a great thread! 

The only thing I'm confused about is the special ending in KHII, where you see the three chasers taking the three keyblades in the middle of the cross roads.  The keyblades are keyblades we've already seen, especially when (I think it's Aqua) grabs the King Mickey's keyblade.  Now if this is supposed to take place in the past, how can we be seeing keyblades that are in KH1 and KH2, and King Mickey's keyblade?

This is actually suppose to take place in the future, if I am correct. Anyway even if this is the past, we all have known that Sora wasn't the first Keyblade master, so its very possible that someone else wielded the very same Keyblades shown in Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2

my theory is that they're going to pull a mgs3 and go back and tell prior events and make that one game and then make a forth game were riku,sora, and kairi are reading the kings letter and pick it upfrom there thats my theory.
