Screen periodically blacks out in 3D??

So I just got a new 1080p 3D projector and tried out a few games.  GT5 and Uncharted 3 played perfectly in 3D, but after I switched 3D mode on in Killzone 3, the screen would black out for a few seconds every so often.  Menu and in-game.  

 

 

Anyone experience this, and is there a solution?  Like I said, GT5 and UC3 work perfectly and I'm not doing anything different with Killzone 3.
