Killzone 2 was Just as Bad as Killzone 3

I don't get all the KZ2 love. That game still had invisible snipers with a one-hit-kill-anywhere rifle. And, the game still has a class that has a personal radar. As long as the series has those two aspects, it will always be a joke for competitive play. And don't even get me started on the rocket spamming.

I am an attention wh0re who has no life outside of gaming. This is why I post my Speedtest.net results, Platinum trophy count, TV size, KDR, and the games that I am currently playing in my signature.

You don't get it because you probably never played it when it was popular. In it's prime KZ2 is one of the best shooters of all time bar none. It took skill, good teams, and you actually had to LEARN the game.

I got Killzone 2 before it was released, so no i do "get it".

And it's still the same game, just with less players, i still get into some great matches.

I was talking about Pasty. But I disagree with it being the "same game" it's not even close to being a similar game. Killzone 2 despite some flaws with units like the engineer and base spawning was still overall more balanced of a game.

Sounds to me like someone sucks at Killzone 2.

That's okay. Killzone 2 is the best FPS ever. Killzone 3 is pretty **bleep** good, but doesn't quite live up to KZ2's unachieveable standard.

It's okay to suck. Someone has to be at the bottom of the scoreboard. Might as well be you. *shrugs*

Gaming is staying up til 3 in the morning to win a trophy that isn't real...but is.

KZ2 is a far superior game......SPAWN GRENADES, PROXIMITY CHAT and CUSTOM ROOMS....nuff said......:-) Oh and I'm not a fan of the KZ3 matchmaking, or.........ahhhh never mind. :-P

I still can't believe that proximity chat, in-game music for the MP, not being able to swap different abilities between class and much more was taken out. My biggest issue was he infiltrator class having unlimited sprint and having your disguise on longer if you melee killed someone, specially when you couldn't tell from far away if they were from the other team or not.

Sounds like Killzone 3, not Killzone 2. By far Killzone 3 is the best Killzone installment in the series.
