I like the KZ1 campaign where there was a diverse group of people you could play as instead of playing as a generic soldier. I hope that returns.

The main thing for me is the campaign, I don't have a great internet provider so it's real important that theres a good campaign, And im not just speaking for myself im sure theres other people out there that have the same prolem i do, So i felt kinda cheated with the campaign, it was short (Beat it on normal in 3 hours and 45 minutes) And i did lack likeable characters, And when the six months earlier, And then six months later, What happened in between? they gave us nothing, So yes i do hope that in KZ4 there is a very strong campaign I think they have the the graphics, They have the controls, They have the 3D, They have move support, All these thing's made the game better and now they don't have to worry about them anymore, And just like KZ2 GG will build off of what ever was said about the last game(KZ3 in this case) So i think they'll nail KZ4, And yes go to different planets because i don't think helghan survived lol.

I want the KZ1 M82, the one in KZ2 and KZ3 look too "generic assault rifle", it even has a damn ACOG sight. Who the hell will still be using ACOG sights that looks exactly like modern ACOG sights sigthts 300+ years in the future? They will probably be using a small thin glass-like thing that has like 50x zoom with incredible resolution, x-ray, thermal vision, etc. I'm not asking for that... but make the M82 look like KZ1's, or just get rid of it and get a new assault rifle.

Nothing revolutionary or interesting will happen with KZ4. The story will still suck, the characters will still be hollow and 1-dimensional.
The MP will be even more downgraded and more like CoD, hell they might even reduce the MP to 16 player only like those traitors at Resistance did.

Gigity bumpity
Posted this somewhere else but I suppose it fits here. This is specifically about the campaign.
What I want:
*Helghast campaign
*Open-world
*Choices throughout the campaign that decides the direction of the story.
STORY
Ater hearing of the Helghast plan to wipe out earth, the United Colonial Nations (UCN) find it necessary to deploy the United Colonial Army (UCA) to eliminate what remains of the Helghast Administration, as well as policing Helghan to prevent a new Helghan empire from rising. The story takes places 5 years after the UCA came to Helghan. Hardline nationalist/militarist Visari suppoerters known as "Visarists", and liberals (temporary name, GG can think of a better name) with a different vision of what Helghan should be, and form the Helghast Revolutionary Front (HRF) that fights against UCA occupyers, and there would be obvious political tensions and leadership struggles among these groups.
Another rogue planet should be providing weaopons and technology to the Visarist faction, and using the Helghast to fight a proxy war against the UCN. The new rogue planet also wants the Visarists to win the internal power struggle against the liberals in order to create a strong military-focused ally (unlike the liberals who don't want more war, and focus more on social and economic problems of the Helghast people) . Because of the foreign weapons and technology being sent to the Helghast Revolutionaries, the UCA is on the verge of losing.
An open civil war breaks out between Visarists, and Liberals. Visarists win, and the liberals are forced to make a temporary alliance with the UCA (they both have no other choice)
Liberals/UCA beat the Visarist and discover the truth about the rogue planet.
The game ends with UCA soldiers leaving Helghan, and a declaration of war from the UCN to the new rogue colony.
FACTION DETAILS
-Visarists use terrorist tactics, and are not afraid to kill Helghast civilians to get things done, while liberals preffer to just stick to tactics of guerrilla warfare.Their goal is to reunite Helghan, establish helghast political and military dominance, and to get revenge. They still wear gas-masks and goggles when outside (because of the irradiated petricite in the atmosphere), but not complex masks and helmets, and they don't always wear them.
-The HRF (Helghast Revolutionary Front, mix of liberals and Visarists) use a series of secret underground tunnels to travel undetected. They also scavange and repair whatevever technology they can find to help them. They have independent cells of saboteurs, spies, and recon agents. Some HRF agents are unafilliated, they just want the damn UCA gone, no matter who is in charge afterwards.
-Visarist look more like traditional Helghast soldiers. Liberals look more like rag-tag rebels, use tattoos to show rank, wear very layered and torn baggy clothing. They want a democratic Helghan focused more on the well-being of the Helghast people than on war
-UCA are far more advanced then the ISA and Helghasts, They wear high-tech armor similar (but far superior) to those of the Helghast "capture troopers" from Killzone3. Their weapons are very advanced, for example: They possess assault rifles with ionic charges, or explosive ammunition (seriously, its hundreds of years in the future, and they are they are the "big shots" of the Killzone universe, they need to have some high-tech stuff).
-The Visarists are run by the Helghast council, and the the high ranking military people, like admirals and generals. The liberals are run by regular citizens, former soldiers who want a better life for Helghan.
CHARACTER DETAILS
-Scolar , nicknamed "Scol" (main charater): An 18 year old inteligent (not a gun-ho generic soldier) Helghast recon agent working for the HRF, he rides a jet-bike >>CLICK IMAGE NUMBER 8<< . His father was a regular soldier, and ardent Visari suporter who wanted his son to follow in his footsteps, but died during the ISA invasion. As you can probably tell, his father named him after Scolar Visari. Thoughout the campaign the player will be confronted with a series of choices, and depending on how the player decides, Scolar will either join the Visarists (and follow in his father's footsteps, and fight for Visari's dream), or Join the liberals (and affirm that it isn't our ancestors who decide our destiny. The main character travels around with his recon cell of 5 agents. One day a recon mission goes wrong and they get cought by UCA soldiers and are forced to engage in combat. Most of his recon squad dies. Because of his bravery (and lack of soldiers) Scolar and the other survivor (his best friend) gets assigned to combat squad specializing in guerrilla warfare. He uses an StA52SE.
-: Scolar's best friend. He's laid-back, arrogant, and a natural comedian who uses a lot of dark humor. He has white hair (which makes them him part of the small minority with hair). He is also very distrustful of authority, and blames both the ISA and the old Helghast administration for what happened to Helghan (and expressing those views have landed him into trouble before). He and the main character are the only survivors the aforementioned "mission gone wrong". He uses an StA11SE.
-: Visarist member of the new guerrilla warfare squad. He hates the UCN, UCA, ISA, and Vektan. He is kind of like a smart Rico, and justifies his hate with brief little history lessons during the campaign, and he tries to get Scolar to see things his way. He openly justifies terrorism, and other "morally questionable" tactics for the sake of the greater good of Helghan. He will also try to justify totalitarianism by citing how it made the USSR and Nazi Germany into major powers, and the greatness of warrior culture by citing Sparta (LOL THIS IS HELGHAN! *kicks a UCA soldier in a pit*). As you can guess, he is very educated in history, this is because he came from a wealthy family. This character is very useful in giving the player a greater understanding of the history of the Killzone universe. If Scolar sides with the liberals then Scolar is ordered to kill the Visarist squad member because at some point the Visarists and the Liberals will be at war, and the Visarist squad member will never agree to team up with the UCA to fight against his own side.
-: Liberal, and squad leader. He's usually very reseved and doesn't voice his opinions on politics, but but he does when he is pushed (and he will be by the Visarist squad-member). He basically is in charge and keeps the peace. He answers to the liberal administration of the HRF. He always hated the strict Visari administration, and his parents were executed for disagreeing with the governmemt. He resented the government for making him an orphan, and the rich live luxurious lives while the general population of Helghan have such poor standard of living. The liberal squad leader dies if Scolar sides with the Visarists, the other Visarist squad member becomes the new squad leader, and the squad gets sent to fight the UCA/liberal alliance.
-: UCA soldier #1, sympathetic to the Helghast, he has done some messed up things he isn't proud of (like executing civilian children cought working as spies), and over time will become friends with Scolar.
- UCA soldier #2, hates and distrust helghast. He grew up on Earth and heard about how evil the helghast are, he became a soldier after hearing the Helghast plan to destroy Earth. He is not only willing to kill Helghast civilians, but actually enjoys it.
-: Foreign weapon and technology supplier to the Visarist from the new rogue colony. He likes to toy and manipulate people, and he is entertained by the UCA/Helghast conflict. His clothing and habbits are clearly that of a different culture. If Scol joins the Visarists then you get to see more of him.
THEMES
-Being bound and responsible to the actions of your ancestors (blaming the ISA for the actions of their ancestors, and following in the footsteps of your dad, and siding with the Visarists) VS We make our own destiny despite the actions of our ancestors (not holding the current generation of ISA for what the earlier generation have done, and siding with the liberals)
-cultural differences and distrust of other cultures: The culture of the UCA soldiers and the Helghast should be throroughly shown.
ENVIRONMENTS
-Deserts
-War-torn ruins
-Refugee camps
-Slums
-Underground tunnels
-Mines
-UCA

1000 Yrs bump!
lower bullet damage, and less 1-hit kills.
Cool in-depth menu system similar to KZ2.
I still want a Helghast campaign where different political factions of helghasts (each with a different vision of what Helghan should be) are in conflict. Also with some UCN occupation involved.
I'm out of here now
