I have done that also.  It will let me set the charge half way on all charges.  it won't let me charge them the rest of the way

I have quit the game and started again.  Damn this is frustrating!!

Two out of four lights are on.  When i press the R1  sev turns it counterclockwise then stops.  Can't do anything from there

Hmm, not sure what to tell you, when it sets the first 2 lights does it happen automatically or do you have to tilt the controller to make it happen?  When mine was not working it would do the 1st side automatically like the tlit sensor was stuck on one direction or something but restarting the game and controller worked for me to fix it.

Does it automatically.  Now, I went back to previous missions and am having the same problem???? **bleep**

Yeah sounds like something's up with how it's reading the tilt sensor, I'm guessing you've tried other controllers too?

Yes, tried both controllers! Used to work but now it doesn't, go figure?????
