Jak and Daxter Series

So here I am playing Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy again from the HD edition. In attempting to collect all of the precursor orbs I've come across the same issue I've had in the past: Jak doesn't jump high enough.

My location I believe is somewhere in the Forbidden Jungle (just a guess). There's a round of metallic pedestals all in a circle leading up to a center one. The center one has a point in which you can jump up to grab some air with the precursor orbs hanging overhead... only, there's not enough distance to get them all.

I might be forgetting something. Does Jak upgrade to a "super jump" later on in the game? Is there any way to get those precursor orbs now? Just wondering if anyone knows what to do by this location, if you can retrace the steps.

i know exactly what you are talking about is not a jumping point, you to enter the temple, complete the temple and when you exit the temple you will do those blue eco powered jumps out of the temple throw that tube collecting those orbs you cant reach, hope this helps

Yup, turn o. The blue eco vents, oil the plant (be sure to jump on it's deceased head for extra orbs) and launch vent outta there

you can crouch using R1 and then jump. it's a little higher than the double jump but helps on occasion. another type of jump is the long jump. You start running then press R1. This will make Jak do a roll. while he is rolling, press the jump button and Jak can jump longer. Hope this helps.
