Heavy Rain

Ive been playing the game for about 1 hour and im having some problems. My screen will just freeze up and my audio will cut out when there talking. Is anyone else having this problem?

I've been having similar issues...Not sure if it's a disc issue or not...but my game just froze and had to hard reset my PS3

My screen went black and got alot of Staticy sound.  But i could still pause and go to the main menu.  then when i "continued"  i could walk around but the sound was still static.  So i quit game.  then went back in and "continued"  no problems so far...  Ive been reading that people are having problems with it freezing after the update, even while on the internet browser (while looking for related issues ironically)... if it happens again i guess ill just have to delete the game and restart without the update.

I was playing the FBI agent and my screen froze on me.

it appears everyone is getting the glitch at the first FBI scene.  Ive had no trouble so far after this.

Me too...in the house at the beginning it happened several times...frozen screen and no audio for several seconds...

I have not had any freezing yet, but i have a lot of flickering going on. Happened in the demo too, in sleazy place shelbys jacked flickers all around when he moves, happened in the demo and now the game. And the text flickers too, when it says the time/rain fall. Anyone else having this problem?

That happened to me quite a bit at the opening scene, but it got better during the Mall scene and was completely gone until i stopped playing today at the Shelby part. Perhaps HR is still installing during the first scene and the laser cant keep up.

Either way, its good to hear its not just me with the problem

Im on an 80gb Motorstorm bundle ps3, btw.

                Weird,..iv'e had neither,...plus iv'e also left the game on pause for an hour(during the first Det. episode) and came back and finished it. Maybe it's a publishing issue(the discs are pressed in lots). Bought mine in NY,..so did my friend and he's had no problems either. I'll post if something happens though.
