Other than passing him at the Blue Lagoon chapter (if that even counts), Madison never meets him in the game. At the end of the "Killer's Place" chapter (if she manages to survive), the player gets an option to call Norman Jayden.

How does Madison know Norman Jayden?

I couldn't be sure about this, as I don't think I've played the game in the way you're describing. However... Madison is a journalist. Her work must be associated with Jayden's in some ways. Again, I couldn't really tell you, as the story changes depending on how you go through with it.

Doesnt Ethan give her Jayden's number?Ethan met Jayden after his son was taken and Jayden ask him to call if he gets any crucial info.I havent played the game in quite a while but Im like 100% sure im correct.

I was thinking the same thing, but the answer eludes me. It might have been revealed in the Heavy Rain: Chronicles, but now it's something we will never know.

The DLC series is on hold for now, but it would be interesting to see how she got his number.
