The ice cream factory in Little Haiti costs $20,000. The Little Haiti cab company costs $ 40,000. There is no mission to beat. You just need the cash, and the Island.

After you beat the mission where you receive Diaz's Mansion you can buy any asset in the game.

   To beat the ice cream factory mission, you need to at least sell 150 or more ice cream. Same goes for the taxi mission. Just keep on getting customers.

most of you guys answered his question completely wrong except for one.......all you need to be able to buy those places is to beat the mission where you obtain diaz's mansion which becomes vercettie estates......i personally went for the strip club first lol

hmmm that's strange...i dont know, it's been like 6 months since i was at the point in the game so i could be wrong...but that's just how i remembered it....

your all freakin retarded, you have to get the diaz mansion, complete the missions at the vercetti estate and a message on the screen will verify they are open for purchase, beleive me i completed the game 100% for the 7th time this morning.
