and last night i asked when i'll get the BETA and they said on december 26

I believe that he got the message but I find it hard to believe in its legitimacy. And like you said, they can't be ready for a beta just yet.

There is a zero percent chance you got this from R*.

I would check the email domain name.  Also, forward it to Rockstar with the headers, so they can take some action.
