The car that I think is the funnest to decorate, but rarely comes around in GTA: SA, is the Phoenix. It's two-toned, and has a hot-rod engine that sticks up, and has a good looking body design.

Yeah i used to mod that car too alot.  i liked modding the yakuza gang cars.    

But the car that i just loved driving around in was the Admiral. I'd paint it black and then put in the cheat for peds have weapons and riot.  Then i'd just drive around getting RPGs shot at me and dodging **bleep**.    And then recruit the peds that carried shot guns and then drove up and down that long bridge North West of the map.  They destroy any car that i drove next to, so much fun.
