I recently popped in GTA4 the other day and downloaded the update that popped up before the game will start.  well i do not know if it was the update or what, but when i load my game i put the bat in his hand to do some 'street walking baseball ' but to find out he wont swing it anymore.  i did not have a knife in his inventory so i could not see if he would stap/slash at people either.  I CAN stab/slash with a knife on multiplayer tho, have not tried a bat yet.  anybody else have this small, but annoying problem, and if so, how would i fix it? 

PS, how come the GTA 4 theme music does not play over the R star logo or the GTA IV title screen anymore?  it does not start till the 'slide show'  now instead .

Since the update, you have to aim before you can swing it freely. Sometimes you have to do the same thing if you die.

that did it , funny when you aim to hit with the bat you can hit without aiming after you make the first hit and from any hitting/swinging from then on strange, thanks for the help, KUDOS to you
