Im kinda Confused. Someone please Help.

Listen. I have just finished with all the missions including the asset property ones. I own every save house and every property there is. My friend is also finished with all the missions and at the Fort Baxter Air Base there is an Apache (Hunter). Why in mine is there not one. There is no Apache in the Air Base in mine. HELP!!!!PLEASE!!!

i think your suppose to have all 100 hidden packages to get that.

They call it P.M.S. because "Mad Cow Disease" was already taken.

noooo i had 4 packages when i discovered the apache u have to be like 50 or 60% done with the game this does mean finding packages and doing anmbulence missions and stuff u also have to complete all the story missions

To get the Hunter in the Air Base, you need to have finished the last mission, "Keep Your Friends Close."

You don't need 100 packages. I had it with like 3 or so.

I'm pretty sure it's when you find 100 hidden packages, because when I got the last hidden package, it said "Special Vehicle delivered to the Fort Baxter Army Base." Maybe the helicopter showed up earlier for others but it took me 100 packages to receive it.
