How hard is it to get away with the hunter?

How hard it is to get away with the hunter out of fort baxter once you've gotten 100 packages ? (without the cop uniform). The only reason why I'm collecting the packages is to get the hunter, but it would be so pointless if I can't even get to the darn thing without being filled with holes.

incredibly easy if you've done the malibu missions you just go get the police uniform in the police station and then you just walk right in and take it. the military ppl even take your coat

well unless you're a really good shooter and u can pick off at least 10 soldiers before they kill you, u prob will, but i spent so much time trying to pick them off and get the hunter( without cop uniform)but just get the cop uniform, much easier.

there's another way to get the helicopter... get 100% and it appears far south on the first island ... though the answer would have to be no, there isn't any other way to get it, since hidden packages are part of the 100% :'( ... and I really want that thing! lol

Just use the infinite armor cheat. then its pretty easy
