When you buy building's and stuff like that you can use those as garages.

Some properties have garages and save points, and some just have save points.

yea lots of them you buy them as you go, its a great game.

Yah, you have to buy aparment, or buildings that have garages. Don't worry, when you get a "nice house" it would come with a 2 car garage.
