Another thing why does gamestop have GTA5 avalible this month end? 

I think on rockstar they said "Spring"

I think maybe that is to preorder from gamestop at that time...

It's just a placeholder date, just like some stores say January, others March. Until the release date is official, every store is speculating or just placed some placeholder dates.
