No unfortunatley not yet. I don't think Rockstar will patch custom soundtracks in GTA IV, although they might decide to patch it when the DLC comes out on the Xbox 360. Let's hope so.

gta 4 actually blocks custom soundtracks on the 360.. so i doubt they want it for ps3 either
