When I followed a guide, somewhere along the line, I just happened to miss two of the packages.

I'm going to have to start all over. I used a guide and only got 80. Must have crossed off some I hadn't found.

That's what happened to me ... twice... first time it said 97 found and only knew of the two that require the police uniform to get that I didn't have ... but that save game was really messing up on me so I started a new game (though I found the other package later on ... but I didn't wanna continue a game which makes the garages act more like chop shops ) ... and now I'm stuck at 97 again :@ ... so after looking through all the places yet another time I restarted yet a 3rd time ... and this time if I don't find them I'll just ask if someone at school who's finished with it if I could copy thier save game to my memory card
