At the moment, it seems only PD can help you. They have been made aware of the issue, however, we have had no word when a fix will be released.

Hi MastrGT
Since the Work Gt 5 Support has been doing to the game, I don't see my flashdrive to copy my Saved Data to from the Saved
Data the game auto saves. Still have the Backup Data and the Current one under Saved Data PS3.. b ut again,
The flashdrive is not there to send the copy to.. I've even plugged a different Flash drive in..not there.
What is the deal? also I have a driver set to share with friends, and I cant see the Driver on my Grandsons Machine.
are these issues that others are having... What is the fix. Thanks.

a question,
I heve taken Gt5 disc recently and
the Gt5 file (after install on Hdd and with all updates ver 2.11) in my PS3, it says 11 Gb! is it correct all that space on Hdd?
Some one can confirm if is that correct?

Yes, GT files start to add up, as you play, get updates, and download content.
Make sure you have recent copies of your progress file, so that you don't lose anything.

Last session on GT5 the game hung up in 'save' mode. Turned system off and back on and all game data was lost! I had just spent 5 million for the formula GT. Now I have an empty garage and am back at the begining, yet my 'trophy' collection is still listed. I NEED a decent car to restart. HELP!

Welcome to the GT forum, Dscot_1!
The PS3's file system cannot withstand losing power during writing to the hard drive, which is why I recommend always using a UPS with it.
Before you get GT to overwrite it, check and see if you can still access the back-up file that GT5 saves to your hard drive. If it still exists, then you can load it and continue from where you left off. If not, then you have to restart.
If you had any B-spec drivers, are there enough credits there to buy a starter car?
This is a good lesson for you to start making your own back-ups saved not on the hard drive.

GT5 Prologue has been Discontinued for Online game play.
Unless it's been re-established that I am not aware of.
GT5 has taken it's place for On-Line play.
