There are several keys to getting these.
1 Get as many year and level cards as possible and turn them.
2. Keep cash on hand at all times and buy them when they come up.
3. Rotate your used cars until you get a gem, then buy it.
4. Trade for some of the less expensive cars.
5. Have friends who will send you cars or cards as you need.
All cars are all available, even the rarest one, so be persistant! I have had all cars and multiples of all desireable cars, for a year now. Now I concentrate on replacing any high mileage cars with 0 to low miles.
