none, but I expect at least one more sizable update pack to coincide with the release of the GT Academy edition of GT5 this fall.  That does not necessarily mean DLC will coincide, but a sizable update.

we know that a new GT-R race car driven by Kaz will be in that update when it arrives, and that could signal a continued effort to provide DLC.

Also, Forza Horizons' release could be a time when we'd see a new Car/Track pack.

Hopefully we will, but no official news yet.

Probably just so you could change the tire, that's my guess.

And the roadside assist guy could say "that's **bleep** nifty". :smileyhappy:

I have a double post in one. It is both a nomination and some sad news (For me at least).

SSC North America

Ulimate Aero XT, 2013

Road car

United States

aeroxt

This is the final variant of the Ultimate Aero: The XT. Only 5 will be made, after which, the production of the Aero will cease forever.

This car will use the 6.9 liter V8 that will be found in the Tuatara, chucking out a massive 1,300 brake horsepower, which will help it reach its predicted top speed of 273 MPH. It won't take long to reach that speed, either, with a 0-60 MPH time of 2.65 seconds.

It will also feature other components that will be used on the Tuatara, including the 7-speed paddle shift gearbox, brakes, fuel system, and cooling system.

The car will still retain the luxuries of previous Aeros. Equipped with air conditioning, 10 speaker sound system, and a 7.5 inch screen that can display satnav, DVDs, and the rear-view camera.

Paint jobs will be customer-exclusive.

This is truly the ultimate Ultimate Aero. We will miss it.

Specs:

0-60 MPH (0-100 km/h): 2.65 seconds

Top Speed: 273 MPH (439 km/h)

1,300 brake horsepower

1,004 ft-lbs torque

1,270 kg

0.98 kg per BHP (1,023 BHP per tonne)

MR drivetrain (Mid-engine, Rear wheel drive)

Full list of Specifications

Gojet-64 is now Encvell. (Gojet-64 is now only used for older games and Vita)

Sorry, I was practicing tolerance by holding up my hand as a blinder and going "la la la la la la la... I don't see you..." to that post.

Sad part is, if it didn't say McLaren, I'd swear it looks like an old 40's "car of tomorrow' from Chrysler, GM or Studebaker.

Everything Old is new again...

So why do I still feel like Carp..?

Re: The Essential GT Car List

Manufacturer: Porsche
Model: 917K
Year(s): 1970-71
Country of Origin: Germany
The 917 began in the late 1960's as Porsche's new race car. In 1970 during testing of the 917 it was reported by test drivers to be extremely unstable at speed. In the pits they quickly hand made a new tail out of aluminium that improved stability by miles. The test drivers who were previously only doing one lap at a time were now doing up to ten laps at a time. The new car became known as the 917K. The 917K won the 1970 Le-Mans 24h with most of it's competitors, the Ferrari 512, crashed out in the wet weather. The Porsche 917K was made famous in the movie Le Mans where Steve McQueen drove it.
