Thanks for the suggestion.  If you'd like to follow the guidelines in the OP for nominating cars, we'll see what we can do.

Ok this car placed at this years 24hrs of Le Mans, when will it make it to the game?,or will we have to wate till GT6 comes out?

The Signatech Nissan car number 26 driven by Lucas. The car is powered by a VK45DE engine, with solid performance proven in GT-R's and Nissan Z's of Japan's Super GT series.

TO ALL WHO READ THIS,,

Not to be rude, but I don't read anything that's typed ALL IN CAPITAL LETTERS.

Not only is it difficult for me to do so, but typing in ALL CAPS on a forum is considered a kin to screaming or yelling your post. I get enough of that at home thank you very much, and definitely don't need to be screamed at by random strangers. If you would like to be heard, you may want to consider posting in a manner more conducive to getting your desired response. Not trying to tell you what to do, I'm just sayin'...

Also, there is a format for nominating a car as OZDaddy mentioned. Please read the first post, or look at a few of the other nominees to understand what is being done here.

This is not simply another 1,000+ posts of car lists that MastrGT and Oz are after. We already have one of those, and as evidenced by the huge amount of DLC we've seen, we can all see that the particularly massive thread in question had little to no (...or should that be NO..?...) impact on PD's car decision making process.

In this thread, you are required to provide some details on the car, or a link to them, as well as a brief introduction as to what makes the car a worthy candidate for being on the PD list of cars they really should make available to keep us happy.

That descriptive bit should include some history, significant achievement, ability for the model to be used to make variants  so PD gets more "bang for the buck" as well as one or two of your personal thoughts. Just why is it such a special car and what makes it so special that you, and everyone else would really want to see it...?

It should also be noted (...again...) that only cars submitted in the proper format will be considered for the voting process.

As it was explained to me, the objective is to give the folks who make this game a small(ish), comprehensive and detailed list of cars that have been scrutinized, recognized and through due process are supported by a majority of people that actually play the game and show up here on the forums to share their experiences and support others.

It is hoped that this type of list given directly into the hands of the developer will be something that PD can actually use and identify with, as opposed to just being a random list of 15,000 cars made just to keep the factory open...

Maybe once the list grows too large you can make some categories like 'Historic', or 'Exotic' or 'Trucks'? It seems kinda strange to see an SVT Raptor next to a Ferrari 250 GT. No? Just sayin. Good thread, Im just at the point where I want to post a Porsche 962, but I wont ruin your thread. Keep up the good work!

We were already thinking along those lines, to allow for categories as the list grows.  However, we didn't want to appear to guide the nominations by naming categories at the beginning, but rather just wanted to see what people come up with.

Oh and the Porsche thing, I know it's regarding as a dead horse, but why not nominate it?  Maybe, just maybe, it might help send a message.  At least it might be a better way than somebody just whining about not having them in the game.
