I'm using the Civic Type R '08 @ 415 PP.
I won on the first & third tracks on the first try.
Autumn Ring took 2 or 3 tries. Forgot to change gears on the first try, but just went for it anyway. LOL
SS5 Reverse is giving me a little trouble. Best so far is 2nd. place, just over 1 second behind leader.
Haven't tried the custom track yet.
Havin' a blast with these.
I beat all these with the premium '08 Civic type R at 415pp on the first try. Then last night on Deep Forest I decided to take it back on the track and see how low I could go. The lowest PP I got and won was at 380pp.
Here is the tune I used to ace all 5 races. I hope that this helps you out if you are in need of a good car & tune.

Solid enough you almost forget you're on comfort soft tires. The key to Clubman Stage 5 is the esses, so keep as smooth a rhythm as possible to make up time through them.
Used your tune, best still 4th. Car handling better but need to pick up 5 seconds for Gold. Will keep trying but it might be that this one is too tough for me. Many thanks and appreciation for your help, I am getting better.
I now race up to the hard tracks and race for secend. Knowing there's just no way to win... [snip]

BANG. Thank you very much for your help, tune and advice. I finally got Gold but it took me running it many, many times. I actually received a car for getting All Gold in the Civic Challenges. After I beat the Stage 5 night race (backwards) the first time I tried again immediately and finished 4th hehe. I also want to thank you, xxBoxFan and the others for your help and encouragement. There are a lot of helpful folks on this Forum and I am glad to be a part of it and GT5. I will probably never be an Expert Racer but at least I didn't quit like I was orignally going to do. Thanks and appreciation to everyone who helped.
