If they want to make an easier race for beginners that's cool but at least identify it as such, have SRF or any other driving aid enabled from the get go but at least give us the option to disable them. All it needs is a simple note like "This is a beginner level event, some driving aids are enabled by default that more proficient drivers may wish to disable before starting the race" and it would be fine.
A request to have them stop doing this and to make these Seasonals more congruous has been sent in.
After a number of attempts, I finally cleared the Eifel course, in a tricked-out Polo. I had used a Civic (it aced everything else), but it would not let me continue using it for this event, even though it had let me use it yesterday. Three categories of restrictions were yellow and all of them were within regs.
Beats me...
