VOTING IS NOW CLOSED
It’s time for vote # 3 from The Essential GT Car List. For this vote we have included 23 cars that have been nominated since the last vote plus 17 cars that finished just outside the top 10 in vote # 2 to make a nice round 40 cars on the Starting Grid. Please refer to the Essential GT Car List thread for more information on this project.
TO SUBMIT AN ELIGIBLE VOTE:
Please send a Private Message (PM) to user-id VoteforGTCars.
In that PM include up to five (5 only) different cars from the Starting Grid #3 shown below.
You can use the numbers in the left hand column to indicate which cars you wish to include in your vote.
All cars listed in your PM will receive one vote.
Voting for Starting Grid # 3 will be open until Friday October 19th, 5:00 pm EST.
We are using Private Messages for voting so that votes are not influenced by what cars are already receiving votes or by what other community members may think of your selections.
To access Private Messages, click on the Envelope icon at the top right next to the “Help” link.
The five cars that receive the most votes will be added to the Essential GT Car List Winners Circle. It will be these cars along with the winners of all future votes that will promoted to Polyphony Digital as per the objective of the Essential GT Car List.
Any car that does not make the top five, but receives at least two votes will remain in the Parking Lot and be eligible for future voting along with any nominations made after this post.
To help limit the number of cars in future votes to a manageable number, the cars that remain in the Parking lot but have the fewest votes are subject to exclusion from future voting. This has no effect on the top five finishers for this vote.

What? The Toyota TS030 Hybrid isn't in the list?
I was looking forward to leaving the pits like this.

So I guess that means everyone hates Toyota, because the Deltawing driver decided to not slow down for the faster car?

yay! another voting round!
thanks Oz for organizing this!
everyone please do your best to promote this thread at other forums, as it is the most official way for people to vote on cars to be added to the GT Franchise!
Don't start a new thread asking for a new car, nominate it in the nomination thread. Don't go to another forum and post a complaint that a car isn't present in GT. Instead, post a topic asking people to come here and vote for it or to nominate it (in the appropriate corresponding thread of course, and using the correct format, of course)
Get the community together so that this process receives more attention. It will only serve to better the game for everyone.
While this is posted here, it is certainly meant for the entire GT community, no matter where you are from!
