Nice setup louie. That's what I want to do when I get a G25. I'd rather have the shifter down like that so it's more like a real car instead of up with the steering wheel. How much did you pay for yours? I'll probably end up just making my own since I won't have too much money after buying the wheel though.

louie_lou: if you edit your picture post, you can limit the display size of each image so that members with non-HD screen sizes can use the thread better.

If you need help doing that (it's quick and easy), just PM me.

Everyone should limit images sizes in these forums to 800 pixel widths or less (I'm using 776), for the next few years or so, at least.

Cheers,

The wheel cost me 235.00 after a 15% discount on the dell site.

The playseat was 199.00 at the walmart site.

The PS3 = priceless...

Well, I decided to bring this back from the dead because I finally rearranged my room to accomodate for the G25. Couldn't stand the though of my $275 wheel sitting at home, not being used. And I just have to play the Prologue demo with it.

Is there a game frame like this https://shop.interactiveracing.com/e-commerce/viewproduct.asp?ProductID=77

https://shop.interactiveracing.com/UPLOADS/BRD36.JPG

with an attachment for the gearstick of the G25 available anywhere on the net?

This wheel and pedal stand does not have a stick-shift support available for it. If I remember correctly, it is made in Germany (at least somewhere in Europe, hence its price) and it is just not designed for stick-shifts.

These new wheels are going to make some wheel stands much more complicated, especially if they were simple in design, to start, so it will take more research finding one that is suitable for them.

Cheers,
