GT5 Connection Error!

Hello every one I keep getting this message: A connection to the server could not be established. (ID = 2:6399)

Any of you getting this to?

PSN Maintenance Scheduled for Thursday, January 17th

We will be performing routine maintenance on PSN beginning the morning of Thursday, January 17th. This maintenance will start at approximately 8:00AM PT (9:00AM MT / 10:00AM CT / 11:00 AM ET) and last until around 8:00PM PT (9:00PM MT / 10:00PM CT / 11:00PM ET).

Want to hear something funny I'm on my girls account BTW it's my secend acc. An I'm in the world of GT5 and I'm online reacing in the seasonal events. That's just weard huh???

My main acc is blocked.

If your console had been logged on within a certain time window, it would have been able to log on during the maintenance.

Well it would appear that I was outside that window apparently.

But it is giving me some time to play around with the track creator. I've got a couple pretty good one's to share once the network's back up.

Well it seams that only my girl's account is open to the GT5 server. An It's 4:42 AM 1/18/2013 and I still can't connect with the server. An my PSN story is under maintenance as well.

EDIT: Just noticed the maintenance notice at top of forum page now says it will be over at 7:30 Eastern this morning.

Obviously, PSN maintenance is done. We have a new Seasonal and the OCD has been recycled, but no gifting as of right now. "Upload Failed." COME ON!

EDIT:

I guess the maintenance is NOT done. I can log in one account, but I cannot log in on the other! What gives???

Yeah, it kinda sucks. I was online most of the evening on the 16th. Which should've made it so I can be online now. But, for some reason I haven't been able to log in at all during the maintenance.
