Im not at home, and I havnt tried 900 degree mode yet, to help someone else with how to enable and disable it.
,
Correct me if Im wrong, but, to enable 900 degrees, dont you hold SELECT + R3 button, plus R1 button at the same time? Do you just do it again, to switch back?
,

,
Also, the guy Im talking to over the phone, did this in the demo, and says it went from 1/2 full circle, to 1 1/2 cirle, not 2 1/2  turns?
,

,
Also, I seem to recall reading that the sensitivity can be changed from like 100% to 60? how is this done? I dont think I want to do this. I just want to make sure how, so, if its done inadvertantly, I can change it back.
,

,
Any ideas?

Re: DFP Help: How to change BACK to 200 degree mode, from 900 mode?

Select + R3 + right paddle shift, that changes you from 900* to 200* and vise versa.

,

Select + R3 + left paddle shift, that changes the force feedback from 60% to 100%  and vise versa.

,

In 200* mode you can only turn the wheel 100* left and 100* right. Basically 1/4 of a circle or half a circle if you go from lock to lock.

,

In 900* mode you can only turn the wheel 450* left and 450* right. 1 and  1/4 turns one way and 2 1/2 turns from lock to lock.

,

The game doesnt dictate how far you can turn the wheel. Even if the game was for some reason only 750* max in 900* mode you would still be able to turn the wheel 900*.

Thanks man.

,

Stupid question tho. Is R1, the right(gas) pedal, or the right button on the other side of the wheel?

,

Also, is there a way to tell if youre in 60% vs 100% FF ?

The gas pedal is the X button, Square is the brake pedal.   R1 would be your right shift pedal and L1 would the be left shift pedal.

,
When you change the feedback settings the little light on the wheel  blinks once for 60% and twice for 100%.

Thanks again for the help.
,
Well, now that I have my Uncle workin with HIS new DFP and cockpit, I finally finished my racing rig, and got a chance tonight to try out MY DFP wheel on Prologue and the GT4 Demo.
,
Up til tonight, I played the demo a few times on his rig, but, we played on 200 degrees mode.
,
After reading some of 3rdgens comments concerning 900 vs 200, I switch to 900, and it DEFINTELY was more controllable. Having a blast. Here's a few pics of the racing rig I had fun putting together. Its mostly PVC with a plexiglass front hood, for looks. Eh...at least it kept me out of trouble, makin it.

Nice setup.  If I may make a suggestion, move your rig closer to the tv Its perfectly save for you to be 2 feet or more from the tv + it enhances everything.  Right now on my race rig I have my 20 inch "Its my shop tv" sitting around 2 feet or less from my wheel and roughly 3 1/2 to 4 feet from my eyes.  I need to take some pics of my setup.
