A suggestion for GT5 patches

10 replies 27 views Edited Aug 16, 2010

Now, I read the latest PTOM and it says that 200 cars will be premium, and 800 cars will be regular.

In the perfect world all cars would be premium, but that would delay the game into Duke Nukem Forever territory. So I have a suggestion for the people at Polyphony in the shockingly-low-odds-case that they are on the forums and are reading this message:

If you will be patching GT5, make more cars premium.

As in, every patch make a few regular cars premium by giving them at least physics damage (the interiors can come later or not at all). It would take a really long time, but eventually all around 1000 cars in the game would be premium.

Whaddya say, GT/PlayStation community? Would turning regular cars premium be acceptable for your patches?

Hot wheels collection: 80 cars

If PD was not willing to make a car in Premium before release, I can't see them wasting time remaking the same car, for the same edition, in a higher res. Just wait until GT6.

Do you really think PD needs to be told to do this?

I'm sure they have read the grafitti all over the forums.

A very important thing for many that needs to be fixed is the comatibility between Gran Turismo 5 and the Logitech G25 Steering Wheel.

I have tried the G25 steering wheel on GT5 PROLOGUE but there where several problems, clutch did not work properly and the wheel was slow to respond ingame, so it was extremely hard to drive, it was not realistic, to drive fast and presice was inpossible, And there where no setup for G25 so i could fix the unrealistic response of the wheel

If it ain't fully compattible with the logitech G25 I'm going to get so pissed!
(I bought the G25 to use on GT5, and it's very expensive)

Hopfully this will be passed on to the creators so it can be fixed for the release

???????? I have no problems with the G25.  The only thing that I would like to see added is support for less than 900 of rotation.

I think the patches should be reserved for performance issues, glitches, new modes, etc.

What? Did you do something in the option to fit the Logitech G25?  or did you just plug it in?

( I just plugged it in but when i drive i must turn my wheel a full rotation almost, and ingame it only does a half rotation! how do i fix the deadzone?

The G-series wheels have no deadzone issues at all.
