Update 2.10 won't start at all, it's stuck on the GT5 logo and permanently states "saving data"... the HDD light is on almost permanently. But it never gets any further.
I deleted all my game data, redownloaded and installed it, as well as copied my save data from the night before from my Plus account online storage to my local HD, and still have the problem.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
Any suggestions to fix it?

Yours is the first 2.10 install problem that I have seen.
Since you have already re-installed once, how is the console connected to the Internet? Usually re-installs work the first time, but some players have had to redo it until it does work.
Have a read through the help post stickied at the top of the GT forum or linked in my sig.
i am having the EXACT same problem. game is stuck on black screen with "saving" icon flashing in bottom right corner. I tried reinstalling everything, updating date and time (apparently that matters) and letting it go for like a half hour, still nothing. This is incredibly disapointing i mean i paid 70$ for the game, over 25$ in DLC and now the game wont even start? RIDICULOUS!!!
I have asked for someone from PSN to look at this problem, so in the meantime, please fill in the blanks.

I hope theres a fix soon, I love Playing GT5, but this has really put a spanner in the works...
4.31 is optional update, and if your still running 4.30 then that COULD be where the problem lay.
Could also be due to Master and secondary accounts reading on GTPlanet.
