NASCAR Racing at Twin Ring Motegi Super Speedway (You will need the Twin Ring pack for this series)
Racing goes as follows:
Posted start time is when the room will open. (I'm open to suggestions. I figure 7-7:30 eastern)
Practice for 10 minutes.
A group qualifying session.
5 lap heat races. (2 or 3 heat races pending on attendance)
Heat races based off group qualifying. Top group of qualifying heat 1, middle group heat 2, bottom group heat 3.
1st place in heat 1 takes first for the feature, 1st place heat 2 gets 2nd for the feature, 1st place heat 3 gets 3rd for the feature, etc.
30 lap feature.
Passing points: If you start 16th, and finish 1st, you will earn 16 passing points. But if you start first and finish first you earn none.
Leading a lap: 5 points
BHP: Stock (I need to find it out.)
Weight: Stock (Needs finding out.)
No Skid Recovery
No Driving Line
No Active Steering
Tires: Racing Medium or Lower
Tire and Fuel wear: On
No Transmission or Suspension tuning. I will list out a default version at the begining of the season. This will keep racing very competitive.
Yellow flags are only for 2+ people involved. If you spin on your own, like you just got to low and spun, there is no yellow. If someone bumps you there is a yellow.
Microphones are not required, but it is a good idea to have one.
Let faster cars past.
Use caution when merging back onto the track.

Say a crash happens that involves three or more people. Are you going to call out " yellow flag " or something and everyone slows down to 50 mph or so?
Yellows at 75 mph.
How long will the yellow flags last?
Yellows last for roughly 2-3 laps.
Will you be doing any practice before the series starts?
I will open the room ten minutes before qualifying for practice.
Are the races going to be in an open lobby or your lounge?
Lounge due to it's privacy.
How long do you figure each race night will last, including the heats and the main race itself?
May last some hour to hour and a half.
How to sign up:
List what car you'll be driving, and what time would be best for you every friday night. Please note the time zone you are in.
