I too have yet to receive my phantom of chaos skin, but I've been trying to input the code straight to the network from a voucher card I received at launch. I was unaware that we needed to request from the site, so i just did that this morning on 3/24/10 @ 3AM.

I would like to apologize to you guys for my last post, i am just kinda frustrated by this whole thing, i know you are doing the best you can in this situation and i appreciate that, but what is this i hear about it being 7-10 business days now, instead of the original 5? Oh well, i'm starting to whine again aren't i? still no e-mail for PoC skin, btw...
Also, it says that I cannot redeem the UNEARTHING THE LEGEND code on my account (pretty much CANNOT BE REDEEMED BY YOUR ACCOUNT)... This is horrible, as I bouth the UE in large part due to it, and it's bad enough that everything came as DLC codes and not discs
Any SCEA or developer who would mind clearing up if this will be fixed or not, as I paid full price on the UE and no such warning was ever given, and it's horrible that I now have to forfeit a large part (3GB from what I have heard) of what I bought possibly only due to not living in the US
Edit: My PSN account is US, but I no longer live in the US, this has never been an issue for any other game.
I could use the code that I paid for too, please fix it. I've been waiting 7 business days since I redeemed it, I got all the music fine but I haven't gotten the email for the skin. If you do end up helping me out thanks appreciate it.
