How do I activate Urns?

There is a trophy for finding and using two urns of power, I've already found two of them, so how do I use them?

Finish the game in any mode and use them during your next playthrough (Bonus play)...in your inventory with Gorgon eyes, feathers, etc (Weapons and Magic L1) the 6 urns should be listed with OFF beside each one...turn them to ON...
