Downloading Ghost of Sparta

Recently purchased the game and can not seem to get it to download to psp3.  Can I download Ghost of Sparta  to a DVD and load it that way and if so how ?

Go to your download list to download the game. And no you can't download the game to a DVD.

I was wondering if I downloaded Ghost of Sparta to my PSP does that come with all the costumes available for use?
